Each Sunday there is church service in Limoux  (the English speaking Anglican Church in the Midi-Pyrenees and Aude).

With the assistance of our local Anglican priest we can provide a service of Holy Communion in the house

There are extensive possibilities for long or short walks close to the house and surrounding countryside. We can provide a packed lunch and maps if necessary.

During the Spring of 2012 we are planting a new garden at the front of the house, which will lead into a newly planted vineyard containing sauvignon blanc grapes.

Our friend, Chris, is a qualified mountain leader, and a geographer, with a passion for the hills and mountains. We can arrange for Chris to take you through the dramatic limestone regions of Haute Vallee and Ariege with their gorges, plateaux, majestic crags and wild summits.                             

Other activities we can offer include music workshops, massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, calligraphy and art.

You can walk part of the camino to Santiago which passes close to our village of Brezilhac. The camino is the longest, most travelled and most evocative pilgrim route in Europe.

During certain times of the year there are some very rare examples of orchid and wild flowers near the house. Bird watchers may be interested in the many varieties of birds, including bee-eaters, golden oriole and hoopoe.
