	Âme des Anges is set on a working farm located in the South of France, with beautiful walks through vineyards and breathtaking views of the Pyrenees and Black Mountains.	The atmosphere is relaxed and quiet. Enjoy the gentle rhythm of the day with natural breaks for meals, reflection and prayer. Occasionally we visit the local monastery for evening prayer, where we meet with an order of Dominican sisters.
	People from all faiths and backgrounds are very welcome to come and share with us in the peace and tranquillity here.	We have created a ‘sanctuary’ in the upper part of the house, which is used as a quiet room and meeting place.
	We provide full board and prepare traditional French style meals. Special dietary requirements can easily be accommodated. We are also happy to cook any specific dishes and offer advice on the excellent local wines. We use seasonal local market produce and our own organic vegetables grown on the potager.	Part of our family consists of a very well behaved dog, available for guided walks and two cats that love sitting in cosy corners.
