Ame des Anges Retreat - South of France, short breaks

	Âme des Anges is set on a working farm located in the South of France, with beautiful walks through vineyards and breathtaking views of the Pyrenees and Black Mountains.	We aim to provide a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, where there is a gentle rhythm to the day, based on mealtimes and a time for reflection and prayer in the evening. Occasionally we visit the local monastery for evening prayer, where an order of Dominican sisters live.
	People from all faiths and backgrounds are very welcome to come and share with us in the peace and tranquillity here.	We have created a ‘sanctuary’ in the upper part of the house, which is used as a quiet room and meeting place.
	We provide full board and cook traditional French style meals as much as possible. We use seasonal organic, local market produce and home grown vegetables. Dietary requirements can be catered for, please inform us of any individual need in advance.	Part of our family consists of a very well behaved dog, available for guided walks and two cats that love sitting in cosy corners.
